User research is the foundation of great product design. Before any wireframes, visuals, or features are created, it is essential to learn about the real people who will be using your website, app, or digital product. This step is crucial because it helps eliminate guesswork and ensures that every design decision is backed by real insights, not assumptions.

How I Conduct User Research

I tailor my research approach based on your business goals, product stage, timeline, and budget. Common methods I use include:
